段位申报人员须通过会员协会在国际气联官方网站上统一提交申报材料。本次考试适用套段条件。但已参加过跨级套段的人员不允许再次套段，需要按照段位制的规定申请段位。
Applicants must submit the application materials on IHQF website through the relevant member organizations. The Duan conversion is arranged in this Exam. But those applicants who have already been given Duan conversions before should not participate in this arrangement again, but have to apply for relevant Duans according to regulations related to Duan systems.
